Price on application. Package consists of 5 Resurfacing treatments, only pay for 4, upfront. Appointments scheduled strictly in advance, 4-6 weeks apart. Note: missing any one of the appointments or cancelling less than 24 hours prior a treatment, disqualifies the 5th.
